Excellent communication and amazing customer service
I purchased an investment property through Angie Steel. I live in Melbourne and I had to rely on Angie's excellent communication and customer service as I did not have time to view the property in person before buying. She was very thorough and was happy to do a video walk through with me and also had a pre recorded video which was excellent. She has also referred me a number of tradespeople to renovate the units and has gone above and beyond to assist me given my distance from Portland. I recently went and saw the units and was again very happy with her flexibility in meeting me and also I was pleased to see the units were exactly as described and shown - no hidden surprises which was fantastic. As a real estate agent myself it is refreshing to work with someone knowledgeable in both sales and rentals and who understands investors. I can't thank Angie enough for all her help and hard work.
