Her deep understanding of industry standards, legislation, and best practices enables Lee to build strong, lasting relationships with both landlords and tenants. Known for her no-nonsense approach, Lee is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for her clients, consistently putting in the effort required to meet their needs.

Lee’s extensive experience includes managing commercial properties, and she is the sole Property Manager in our office entrusted with overseeing our commercial portfolio.

As an investor herself, Lee is empathetic to the challenges property owners face, offering valuable insights that help her clients navigate the complexities of property management with confidence.

Although Lee now works from home, her passion for real estate and her commitment to her clients remain as strong as ever. A proud Portlander, Lee’s extensive local knowledge is matched by her love for staying active, traveling, and exploring new experiences.
