After spending 10 years as a flight attendant, travelling the world and perfecting the art of customer service, Helen brings a wealth of experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for people.

Originally from Russia, Helen made Australia her home 15 years ago. She’s married to Matt, a firefighter, and together they have two wonderful kids.

Helen joined our team in March 2025 as a Property Management Assistant, and in just a few short months, she has excelled her way into managing her own portfolio as of July 2025. Her caring nature, drive, and commitment to going above and beyond for her clients make her an invaluable part of our Property Management team.

She’s full of energy, fun to be around, and fits into our team perfectly—bringing both professionalism and warmth to everything she does.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on the family farm surrounded by her beloved Highland cows or spending quality time with her family.
