Michelle’s enduring passion for Real Estate began decades ago within this very same business, initially at the Heywood office. Under the guidance of a skilled industry mentor, Michelle observed the crucial elements of running a successful business and navigating the daily challenges inherent in public interactions, emphasizing the importance of having “the care factor.”
In 2005, Michelle ascended to the role of director, enjoying numerous years collaborating with exceptional business partners who became lifelong friends. Over time, the family expanded their involvement in the business, with Michelle’s husband Kevin, daughter Ebony, daughters-in-law Katrina and Kellie, and sons Ben and Josh joining the team. The business is now officially a family-owned enterprise.
For Michelle, working alongside her family in planning and running the business is a source of immense pride. The foundation of their business rests on a strong mutual respect, with each family member contributing their knowledge and strengths in their respective areas of expertise.
While Michelle currently operates from home, her role as financial administrator keeps her thoroughly engaged. Outside of work, Michelle indulges her love for travel and enjoys spending time reading in the sunshine, often accompanied by her cat.
