Affectionately known as ‘Happ,’ Kevin’s passion, enthusiasm, and extensive local knowledge have fostered enduring relationships with his clients. His commitment to serving them has earned him the nickname ‘Kevin 24-7,’ reflecting his dedication to working tirelessly until he fulfils their needs.
Originally hailing from Melbourne, Happ made the move over 25 years ago to coach the Heywood Football team. Falling in love with the area, he decided to make it his home.
Before venturing into Real Estate, Happ’s diverse background included selling cars and dealing with cleaning chemicals. Fellow members of the Assets Real Estate team often commend his persuasive skills, joking that he could sell ice to Eskimos!
Currently residing in Heywood with his wife Michelle, Kevin actively contributes to various community committees, establishing himself as a valuable asset to our region.
When not at the office, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, using it as a place to clear his mind.
