We have on site offices in 2 locations. Our main office is situated in the middle of the busy main shopping precinct in Portland and our branch office is the only Real Estate agency in Heywood.
Across our 2 agencies we have 6 experienced and enthusiastic sales people available and committed to achieve the best results for both Vendors and Purchasers. With the support of their PA’s we can help guide our clients through the entire sales process.
We have 6 Property Managers who take care of over 500 residential and commercial properties. Our staff provides exceptional service and keeps up with all the current legislation and training requirements for their roles.

To the global market we advertise on all the prominent real estate websites, including our own new and current responsive website and we also have our own Assets App. Social media including facebook and instagram are also used often and cleverly to promote our properties and our business.
Our busy office has a full time office manager to oversee all departments and to help with all the ongoing daily tasks including Trust accounting, invoices, staff management & support . We also have full time receptionists in both offices to greet and help everyone that walks through our doors, or phones in for assistance. First point of contact is very important to us and we take pride that our staff offer friendly and helpful advice at all times.
How we assist in the community?
At Assets we actively give back to the community, not only by the way of fiscal donations but also in kind, support and partnerships within “not for profit” organizations, education and business sectors. This includes, but is not limited to, youth at risk mentoring, meals on wheels, and assisting other charitable organizations by conducting auctioneer services and volunteering personal time on advisory committees etc.
We encourage school based work experience and have also most recently found a position as part of a disability placement.
A lot of this support goes unnoticed as recognition is not our motivator. At Assets we believe our corporate duty is to give back to the community in which we conduct our business.
